What are the differences between diesel dykes, dykes, butches, lipstick lesbians, femmes, and lesbians?

Ok, so the difference between dyke and femme are obvious, but how is a lipstick lesbian different from a femme?What are the differences between diesel dykes, dykes, butches, lipstick lesbians, femmes, and lesbians?
Here's how I understand it:

Lesbian: any woman who is sexually attracted to other women. No matter how she looks or acts, if she is female and likes other female, she is a lesbian.

Dyke: a synonym for 'lesbian'. Sometimes the word implies lesbians who adhere more to stereotypes and are identifiable as lesbians from proud displays or more masculine behavior/style, but can be applied to all types of lesbians.

Butch: a lesbian who tends more towards the masculine side of the spectrum, either in dress, attitude/behavior, or both.

Diesel Dyke: literally, used to refer to a very butch lesbian who drives a big rig or similar heavy equipment. Nowadays, can be applied there, or just to a extremely masculine lesbian, who is very aggressive.

Femme: a lesbian who tends more towards the feminine side of the spectrum, either in dress, attitude/behavior, or both.

Lipstick lesbian: depends on context. Sometimes used as a synonym for 'femme', but usually implies that the women is a femme who is singularly attracted to other femmes, rather than butches or other types of lesbians.

Hope that helps!What are the differences between diesel dykes, dykes, butches, lipstick lesbians, femmes, and lesbians?
They're all just lables.

A lipstick lesbian is a lesbian who is feminine like a femme but is attracted to other feminine women unlike femmes who are attracted to more butch or masculine women.

Spews its hatred

And it makes me sad,

I simply remember the gays that I know And then I don't

feel; so bad.

Doctors and nurses and students and teachers;

Soldiers and singers and actors and preachers;

Lawyers who fight in the courts with our foes;

These are a few of the gays that I know.
